What is coaching?
Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative partnership that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential, often unlocking previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership. A coach guides the client through the creative process to find the action plan that leads them to achieving the change they want to see.
Is coaching for me?
Coaching is about helping clients navigate a change in their lives. Some indicators that coaching maybe for you are:
You’re in a transition. You're seeking a clearer vision. Your vision is so big you’re overwhelmed. You're seeking confidence. Your patterns are not supporting your goals. You’re craving more purpose. You know where you want to go, and need clarity about how to get there.
What will a session be like?
Together, you and Gillian will identify your focus for the session. You will explore the issue, with Gillian asking you powerful questions. These questions will help identify the change you want, the obstacles in front of you, and the strategies you want to explore in order to overcome these obstacles. Gillian's personal methodology is that you are not broken. There is nothing to be fixed. You have all the answers and sometimes just need someone to ask you the right question.
Gillian helped me identify and make the changes I wanted to see in my career. I had all the tools, and she helped me remember that.
