Gillian Bellinger is a solutions based development coach, corporate facilitator, and experiential training designer with years of experience in the Leadership and Development space. She completed her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) coursework and is currently completing her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) coursework at the accredited Flow Coaching Institute. Gillian is pursuing her accreditation hours from the International Coaching Federation for both the ACC and the PCC credential. As a coach, Gillian specializes in clients looking to make intentional change and striving to achieve peak performance both professionally and personally. Her modality is meeting the client where they are, supplying tools to allow them to clarify their own solutions, and strengthening their adaptability to make lasting change.
Gillian has a leadership background working as a trainer in multiple industries and specializes in improv as a training methodology. Her past clients include PricewaterhouseCoopers, Amgen, Kaiser Permanente, Lockheed Martin, MERCK, Westfield Corporate, Cartoon Network, TBS, BMW, Mt. Aloysius College, Macy's, State Farm, AT Kearney, KKR, Edmonds.com, and Gilda’s Club to name a few. Her background in experiential training enables her to blend her expertise in adaptability with professional coaching. She is very fancy and has a BA in Communication Studies and Theater from Hamline University and conservatory studies at The London Academy of Theatre and The National Theater Institute. She has presented as a speaker at National Association of Campus Activities and the National Conference for College Women Student Leaders. She currently trains for five different companies Westside Corporate Creativity, Business Improvisations®, H2F Bookings, Hemsley Fraser, and Mind Gym. |
